In accordance with the Charter passed at ATE, April 22, 1993,  the Town Administrator is the appointing authority under the provisions of Chapter 5-4-2.

The Harbor is loacted at the Pamet River. The Harbor Master oversees the seasonal operation of the Town's harbor and mooring fields
