Applicants: Please be aware that scammers are sending invoices to applicants after they receive permits/approvals, purporting to be from the Planning Department and requesting payment for review services. These look real, as they contain case numbers and other specific information relating to the application. This is a scam; the Planning Department does not bill for its services. Please call us if you have any questions.


General Information

In accordance with the Charter passed at ATE, April 22, 1992, Section 4-3-2, the Board of Selectmen is the appointing authority, in accordance with provision of Chapter 6 of the Charter.

Meetings

Meetings take place at 4:30 pm on the first and third Tuesday of every month (except for holidays). You can attend in person or via Zoom.
