Applicants:  Please be aware that scammers are sending invoices to applicants after they receive permits/approvals, purporting to be from the Planning Department and requesting payment for review services.  These look real, as they contain case numbers and other specific information relating to the application.  This is a scam; the Planning Department does not bill for its services.  Please call us if you have any questions.

Overview

In accordance with the Charter passed at ATE, April 22, 1992, Section 4-3-2, the Board of Selectmen shall be the appointing authority.
