November 2025 Cloverleaf Update:
Hello from Cloverleaf! Despite the colder weather, progress on-site is heating up! At the Cloverleaf site, the team is moving forward and building framing, roofing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installation is underway.
Site utilities are still ongoing throughout the site. Additionally, more and more buildings are beginning to take shape. Construction of the residential buildings is at varying stages from slab prep to insulation prep. We are so excited to see progress quickly developing.
Did you know that there are 10 buildings across the nearly 4-acre site? There will be a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units dispersed within the 10 residential buildings.
Truro’s Housing Coordinator has a scheduled meeting with the property management company in early December and will provide another project update at that time.
