Septic Inspections

The following documents are required for an SSIR submission:

• SSIR Form
• Septic System Inspection Report (SSIR) Addendum (PDF)
• $50 fee. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), or checks (made payable to the Town of Truro).
• Water Analysis (valid for 1 year from the date of analysis; no water sample required for properties served by Town water nor PWS wells)
